Within 7 calendar days of receiving a product if the product has no processing deffect or in new condition.
Within 7 calendar days of receiving a product if the product has deffect of workmanship.


Return& Refund service will not be provided where:

Is required beyond 7 calendar days of having received a product.
A product sent to Tromox for return&refund service does not include all original accessories, attachments,or packaging. Or any item is not new or in new condition,but with cracked, scratched or dented
A legal proof of purchase,receipt,or invoice is not provided or reasonably believed to be forged and tempered
Any product fault or damage is caused by unauthorized use and modification of product ,including exposure to moisture entry of external body(water,oil,sand,etc.),or improper installation,or operation
Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, flood, strong winds, or lightning.

A product is not delivered to Tromox within 7 calendar days after Tromox sends confirmation of return and refund service.

RETURN&Refund INSTRUCTION:

If you wish to request a return and refund, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your products.

We will process your return and refund request within two to five business days after receiving your email.

Refund Time

Refund will be processed using the same method that was'used to make payment .The refund process will be completed within 7-14 business days, depends on the bank or credit card issuer



Shipping Returns

Customers need to pay for any return shipping to designated service center (including the cost of international and cross-border shipping, if applicable) unless the refund is due to performance defect



Replacement Instruction

Transportation of replacement

Tromox must be responsible for two-way replacement transportation for any product sent for replacement when the warranty period has expired.
